The pack has a prov file you can use to configure Java phones.
How to activate the prov file on a Java phone:

Extract the content of the zipped files to your computer.
Send the .prov file via bluetooth to a Nokia Java phone and save the settings when prompted.
Then go to connection settings to activate it.

Alternatively, you can put the prov file on a phone(e.g Symbian) and send it to a Java phone via bluetooth.
