The Samsung Galaxy is a 7 inch Android tablet and it is a serious contender to the Apple iPad. It has 2 cameras, it is flash compatible and has a more convenient size.

Sprint's version of the Tablet goes on sale November 14, 2011 priced at $399 with a two-year contract and a monthly data plan, or as an off-contract model for $599. Data plans come in two versions: a $29 plan with a 2GB cap, and a $59 plan with a 5GB cap. Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T will all have similar versions of the Tab, though pricing and availability may vary.
The tablet has a very nice design. It has a very beautiful glossy Gorilla glass screen.
The resolution of the LCD screen is a nice 1,025x600 pixels. It has a more tighter pixel density ant this amounts to a much more sharper display.
The screen is a capacitive, multitouch technology type 
Above the screen is a front-facing 1.3 MP camera for video chat.
It has a standard headphone jack with volume and power buttons on the side along with a microSD card slot.
It also comes with a Samsung's dock connector and a pair of built-in speakers that are located on the bottom edge.

On the back of the Tablet is a 3MP camera with integrated flash that is capable of recording videos at a maximum resolution of 720x480 pixels at 30 frames per second.

The Samsung Galaxy Tablet comes complete with third party apps and the official Android Market for the latest apps.
On the home screen is a floating Google search bar, dock icons for e-mail, drawer for apps and web browser
It has a built-in accelerometer that automatically reorients the screen to either landscape or portrait mode depending on how you hold it.

By default, the Tab includes 3 home screens. You can easily swith between these screens by just flicking across the screen with your finger. 
It comes with nice apps to handle your mail, web browsing, messaging. contacts, games and more.
